Mr. Chandika Sambasiva Rao believes that Dharmik Jeevan (Life of Morals & Ethics) is essential to lead a fruitful life. He observed that several socio-economic agitations are developing every day in the current society and opined that a Resort with comfort and harmony but more importantly with a spiritual essence is necessary for exhausted minds. Most Resorts in India offer worldly pleasures but there are no spiritual Resorts. Hence he wants to start NIYA AND NIHAL RESORTS with all required amenities in Tirupathi to disseminate Satwa Guna (Purity of Mind).

Annual Darshan of Lord Venkateshwara will eliminate all known and unknown human sins and purify the mind. Though there are several resorts available in India, all invariably focus on recreation and materialistic pleasures. However Mr.Chandika Sambasiva Rao realized that a spiritual essence combined with comfort and peace is essential for the dissemination of Satwa Gunam (Purity of Mind). It is this Satwa Gunam that makes a person pure, free from diseases and tensions thus developing a sattwic mind which is the first stage of spiritual realization. Hence he wants to start NIYA AND NIHAL RESORTS in Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh, India.

The ancient sages used to call Bharata Desam Divyadhatri and Karma Bhoomi.
