Mr.Chandika Sambasiva Rao is a multifaceted personality possessing 40 years of rich experience in various fields. He is a Post graduate in Telugu Literature from Osmania University, Hyderabad and Post graduate in Astrology from Potti Sriramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad.

He worked for different organisations like Educational Institutions, Political Advisor, Realestate Companies, Resorts, Consultancy and Social service organisations. Functional Areas are HR, Publicity, Marketing, Credit Control, Customer Relations, General Administration, Business Development, Creating innovative concepts, Training, Script & Syllabus writing, Acting, Dubbing, Adult Education, Astrology etc.He is capable of creating unique and innovative marketing concepts & Advertisements for any kind of of Business and Products.

*OTHER EXPERIENCE*

The zeal for social service by Mr Chandika Sambasiva Rao has started at the young age of 21 years when he started a voluntary organization "Chaitanya Sravanthi" during the year 1977 and served the society for more than 2 years. Later he associated himself with prominent International Organizations like AWARE, V.R.O (Village Reconstruction Organization). He also actively involved in Family Planning programmes of Government of India and coined a new slogan "OKA JANTA - OKE BIDDA" (One Couple - One Child) which was received very well by all sections of society. He believed in practicing what he preaches as a result of which he set an example to all others by implementing this personally.

He is also a prolific writer and orator with his many lectures broadcasted on All India Radio which highlighted various social evils prevailing in society. Similarly as a short story writer he touched different social evils in the contemporary society and all of them were published in famous Telugu magazines like "Andhra Bhoomi" and "Vijaya". He won special prize for his story 'AVYAKTHAM' - in ANDHRA BHOOMI DAILY UGADHI STORY COMPETITION 1982. He also Won Third Prize for his story 'BANGARU PREMA' in Love Story Competition by Vijaya Monthly Magazine ( Editor: Vijaya Bapineedu) during the year 1985. One of his articles "The role of Organizer in Adult Education Programme" was published in "Yojana", a magazine belongs to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Government of India.

In addition, his contribution to the field of Astrology is also worth mentioning and he was crowned with prestigious "Jyothisharatna" awards twice, one from Andhra Pradesh Occult Scholors association, Hyderabad during the year 1995 and other from Universal Research Institute of Astro & Occult sciences, Hyderabad during the year 1996.

Furthermore, his article *"The importance of Astrology"* was recognized by TANA (Telugu Association of North America) and published in their 11th souvenir in 1997. He has contributed articles on Astrology and published in renowned astrological magazine "Grahavaani".. KOTHA JYOTHISHAM is one of the most popular article which indicates his clear opnion on astrology and astrologers.

Above all, he has sent many letters to Chief Minister on various burning problems. Some of his letters on Naxalism, Rasta Roko/Bandh and Vehicle Accidents were acclaimed by one and all including erstwhile late Dr Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy who took special interest in his letters and circulated them to all concerned departments across Andhra Pradesh.

He also produced and distributed numerous AUDIO CDs to create awareness among people on various social problems that are prevailing in society. 'NTR MALLI PUTTADU', 'OKA PARVATHI IDUGURU DEVADASULU', 'CHINTAMANI CALL CENTER', 'KAMAKSHI NAMASMARANAM', etc are some among them. He wrote scripts and produced short films through Krishna Chaitanya Films banner. His Telugu short films ROMANTIC SECRET, TERRORIST and other audios are available in youtube. He also conceived and developed business concept Audios and Advt.films for reputed business houses.

He played a key role in designing various publicity campaigns for reputed organizations and won many laurels for his efforts.
